Strategic Environmental and
Engineering Consulting
We are specialists in soil and water management
Established in 2007 with over 19 years of experience.
Strategic Environmental and Engineering Consulting (SEEC) have offices in Bowral, NSW, Brisbane, QLD and Adelaide, SA. We offer consulting and design services throughout Australia.
We combine our experience in environmental science with civil engineering to provide an integrated and practical approach to environmental and civil design.
SEEC provides comprehensive land and soil assessment for the management of wastewater, contamination, acid sulfate soils, salinity, irrigation and land capability. We can prepare tailored environmental management plans for construction and operation relating to soil and water management.
SEEC brings certified soil conservation expertise to civil and earthworks projects, delivering practical, robust Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs) and Soil and Water Management Plans (SWMPs) to safeguard against erosion and sediment pollution.
SEEC specializes in delivering comprehensive water management solutions—from dam and basin design, onsite detention structures, and flood modelling to catchment analysis and WSUD engineering—ensuring seamless integration of environmental functionality with infrastructure.
SEEC offer training in erosion and sediment control and construction environmental management, with workshop programs from half a day, through to four full days. Our training programs are practical, hands-on and interesting and use real-world examples to drive home key learnings. Workshops can be delivered on site or at your office, and are tailored to the intended audience. Training programs can also be run online. At SEEC we specialise in meeting the specific training requirements of our clients; custom environmental training courses can be developed and delivered to suit your particular needs.
SEEC brings together decades of environmental engineering and soil science expertise to deliver robust, sustainable civil engineering solutions—covering everything from roads and carparks to stormwater systems, flood modelling, water harvesting, and water-sensitive urban design.
SEEC undertake assessments for Onsite Wastewater Management on allotments where reticulated sewer is not available, and prepare a report to accompany a Development Application to Council.
